WWII Nagasaki:
Early morning on Aug. 6 1945, an American bomber took off heading towards Japan. The bomber was carrying a new and powerful weapon: An Atomic Bomb. The plane was heading towards the Japanese town Hiroshima. After successfully bombing and killing 70,000 people with the bomb called "Little Boy", the bomber turned towards the town Nagasaki. Three days later the attacker entered the small town. On Aug. 9, 1945, the B29 box car dropped another bomb "Fat Man" on the city. The mountains of nagasaki protected it from getting full impact of the attack. 40,000 people were killed in the , many were left injured, and some died afterward from radiation poisoning.
